Atlanta Mission

Atlanta Mission is the city’s largest and longest-running provider of services to homeless men, women and children.

The Atlanta Mission invests in the spiritual, personal, and professional development of people, restoring and equipping them to intentional living. Services include food and shelter, critical needs, addiction recovery, job attainment, counseling, spiritual recovery, and educational services.

A Better Way Ministries

A Better Way Ministries helps people with life controlling issues and initiates the discipleship process to the point where the student can function as a Christian in society; applying spiritually motivated Biblical principals to relationships in the family, local church, chosen vocation, and the community. The Ministry endeavors to aid people in becoming mentally sound, emotionally balanced, socially adjusted, physically well, and spiritually alive.

A Better Way Ministries is based on the fact that the man’s basic need is a relationship with God through Christ Jesus. People use drugs and alcohol as an attempt to fill a void that only Jesus can fill. When Jesus is made the Lord and Savior of a person’s life, a total transformation will follow. This is a Christ centered facility, that does not practice any other customs or rituals contrary to the worship of the Lord Jesus Christ.

Calvary Children’s Home

Calvary Children’s Home provides a home for children in the Metro Atlanta area that are orphaned or need to live apart from their families. Children are provided with a safe, loving, stable Christian home while giving them the skills, education, and values that allow them to become responsible, productive members of society.

Circles Cobb

Circles Cobb helps people transition out of poverty by pairing each individual or family moving to financial stability with two volunteer mentors who befriend, encourage, and support them in achieving their goals.  Weekly meetings focus on financial literacy, budgeting, workforce readiness, building connections, and more.  Data from 80+ Circles chapters throughout the US and Canada show us that families who stick with our program for 18 months increase their earned income by 76% on average.  While participants are navigating their way out of poverty, their successes and challenges are shared with local community leaders. The barriers that keep people in poverty are identified, discussed, and often resolved.

Good Samaritan Health Center of Cobb

Good Samaritan Health Center of Cobb shares the love of Christ by providing quality healthcare to those in need. Services offered include Christ-based counseling for those dealing with depression, anxiety, stress, grief, low self-esteem, family and marriage conflict.

Mercy Multiplied

Mercy Multiplied exists to provide opportunities for all to experience God’s unconditional love, forgiveness, and life-transforming power.  Programs such as residential housing, wellness and counseling services, training and equipment opportunities, as well as online and onsite resources are designed to equip people to live free and stay free in Christ. 

Mission 1:27

Mission 1:27 helps to build meaningful experiences and encourages connections that develop individuals, strengthen relationships, and families, and reveal life-changing hope and truth through the Gospel in select Walton Apartment Communities.

Soul Changers Recovery Foundation

Soul Changers Recovery Foundation offers Christ-based outpatient and aftercare support in the treatment of the following areas of substance abuse: alcohol and drug addiction (both illegal and prescription drugs). Clinical services include couples therapy, family therapy, group therapy, and individual therapy to address underlying causes of addiction.
